Joe has has always had a passion for fitness; he believes a fit lifestyle can be incorporated into anyone's daily routine. He thrives on exposing his clients to new training concepts that deviate from the traditional health club approach. His experience comes from over 20 years of participation in fitness programs at recreational and competitive levels. Joe's love for training drew him away from a traditional carreer as a corporate manager onto the gym floor where he has helped develop some of the programs currently being taught at the club. Aside from his duties as the club's owner, Joe also participates as a personal trainer, and coaches our Suspension Training and Gravity classes.
